2014 Monthly Menu Plan/Things I'd Like to Make

I spend considerable amounts of time planning menus - for the upcoming week, for a month, for a season, for the year. It's a lot of work, and I do this work because in reality I am sincerely lazy. 

In the absence of a plan, I will default to laziness and eat three bowls of cereal with milk for dinner four nights in a row, while fancy parmesan and farmer's market brussels sprouts slowly go bad from neglect and then spend too much money on cafeteria food for lunch when I could have brought something beautiful from home.

So here is my most current, up-to-date, lofty goals for what I will make in 2014 - maybe it will be of some use to you!
